Please help your child reach their 25 mile (point) goal for Read Across America by reminding
them to read, read, read the next few evenings (and weekend for those that are really behind). The goal needs to be met by Monday, February 29th, in order to join in on the movie and popcorn celebration. If we reach 6,000 miles as a school, we will get a dance party to celebrate. We've been working since February 1st. Some are a little behind, while others are far behind. We even have a few with zero miles. We have made multiple trips to the library, given plenty of "in-class time" to read/quiz, and helped them select "good fit" books. Some are just not reading.
We do want to celebrate the following fourth graders for having their 25 miles already:
Aspen , Wyatt, Alex, Brooklynn, Maddie, Ethan , Adelyn, Adam, Cooper, Asa, Gabe, Nathan, Dylan, Devin, Brody, Tatum, Xander H., and Grant
